The H2O-NSP staff at HAMC are responsibile for all planning, procurement, redevelopment, rehab, outreach, administrative and sales activities for this program. Ben Chao Ben's primary responsibility as Program Director is to oversee all Neighborhood Stabilization Program activities for the Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC). He is also responsible for the practices and strategies that are needed to develop and promote the H2O program. Day in and day out, he is involved in the home selection and rehabilitation process, allowing him to translate his passion for sustainable living and long term affordability for each home. You can expect to see Ben at outreach events in your community as well as keeping personal contact with everyone involved in the H2O program. For, Ben "Doing the right thing' is about taking ownership and number of lives changed by the H2O program. |
