The H2O program is targeting communities in Buckeye, Goodyear, Tolleson, and El Mirage, Arizona. The small icons (

The Grand Avenue area in El Mirage ("El Mirage Grand")
The Southern area of Buckeye ("El Mirage Sul")

The City of Phoenix and the surrounding cities within Maricopa County are one of the largest metropolitan areas in the country.
