Process
Those who are interested will fill out the INTEREST FORM and this will be returned to H2O. Our team will follow up with them in the order they are received . We will have them fill out the APPLICATION FORM. Applications will be prioritized on the waitlist based on the order they are received.

Flyer
Each month the “Greenvine” will be updated and distributed to all local contacts identified in the target groups. Brochure
The program brochure gives each potential homebuyer a short summary of what is involved and the requirements of the program. It will also direct them to the H2O website, which has more in-depth and up-to-date information. This is a permanent brochure that can be handed out or emailed.

Website
The website will be the primary information tool for potential clients. Our goal is to provide simple straight forward information about the program and process, while educating people about the Green Building Science in their new home. Potential homebuyers will be able to take a virtual tour of the current inventory of homes and view testimony from previous buyers in the program. This is a virtually unlimited tool for marketing and will be expanded as opportunities arise.

Target Groups
Family – Renter – Job – Westside – Min 620 credit score – Min $20k Income.
These potential buyers are the target for events and outreach on the Westside.


H2O team to staff events and work with Arvizu team to identify, setup, & participate if necessary.

Promotional Items
During events, we will have games such as a prize wheel and/or bean bag toss which will include promotional material/other items as giveaways. Partners & local businesses will be solicited for donations for giveaway items and to share event booths. The H2O Logo will be used on specific items.
