The goal of the H2O program is to purchase foreclosed homes and rehabilitate them to include energy, conservation, and accessibility features and then sell homes to qualified buyers that meet income requirements within NSP criteria.
Initially, houses in the communities of Goodyear, Buckeye, Tolleson, and El Mirage, Arizona have been selected for rehab. These towns have registered rapid growth in the last few years and consequently, have suffered because of the current real and economic downturn. All of these communities offer a wide range of work, education, shopping and entertainment resources for the entire family. Here are some basic facts about each city:

Buckeye Buckeye is located about 35 miles west of Phoenix. It's a great place to live and work, and features plenty of opportunity for outdoor adventures. It's a balanced fusion of metropolitan amenities and small-town charm. El Mirage El MIrage s located in the heart of the Northwest Valley and has become the fastest-growing community in the state.
