Homes to Owners is a housing program designed to help homebuyers find affordable "green" homes in Buckeye, Goodyear, El Mirage, and Tolleson. H2O Homes have many features that will make life better for your family, including energy efficiency, conservation of natural resources, and visitability.

Program applicants will also have access to homeownership services and financial resources. If you're interested in becoming a H2O homeowner, learn how to apply.
